Smokers Catering, Smokers Barbecue, and K. Allan’s Sauces are the result of my life-long passion for cooking. We launched Smokers Catering on July 5th of 1997 and built our current restaurant location in Finksburg in September 2007.

We are a family-owned and operated business with a simple mission statement: "Treat every customer the way you would want to be treated”. With this in mind we provide only the highest quality foods and excellent customer service. Whether it’s a carryout sandwich, a sit-down lunch or a full service catered affair for 500.

Over the past 14 years we have developed a following of satisfied customers. The majority of our bookings are either repeat jobs or referrals. (I’ve now done baby birthday parties for customers that I did weddings for.) We are Smokers Barbeque Restaurant and Catering, a family owned business 14 years young.
