Smokers Catering began in July of 1997. We are a family owned and operated business. My passion for cooking and my headaches in the corporate world led me to my decision to open a carryout/catering business.
Our mission statement is very simple “Treat every customer the way you would want to be treated”. With this in mind we provide only the highest quality foods and excellent customer service. Whether it’s as simple as a sandwich at our carryout or a full service-catering job.
Over the past 6 years, we have developed a following of satisfied customers. The majority of our bookings are either repeat jobs or referrals. We have added personnel and equipment, each year, to keep up with the demand.
